Sami Gungor advises WorkOptional.ai, bringing over 15 years of experience as a Co-founder, CTO, and expert in embedded systems, IoT, robotics, and full-stack development. As Co-Founder and CTO of CSGO SOLUTIONS, he leads AI-driven innovations in cloud computing and digital transformation for industries including defense, smart automation, and real estate. At CSGO SOLUTIONS, Sami manages the development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Recent projects include an AI-Powered Sales Forecast Module using Python and Prophet AI on AWS Lambda, a LINE Messaging App-Based Translation Software leveraging NLP, and an AI-Powered Digital Marketing Platform for real estate incorporating predictive analytics. His technical skills span Python, Prophet AI, AWS Lambda, React, Node.js, databases, and CI/CD tools.
His career progressed from software engineering in defense (Nurol Machinery Industry, Yuksel Defense Systems) and government (Turkish Ministry of Justice) to leadership in telecom (Gantek Technology Solutions for Turk Telekom) and enterprise automation (Promet Information Systems). Early work involved developing software for tactical vehicles and weapon platforms using CODESYS, CAN Bus, and embedded C. He holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a thesis on Robotic Manipulators.
