About Stanley
Stanley Oygenblik advises WorkOptional.ai, bringing 28+ years of experience in software design, engineering, and project management. He has managed the delivery, design, and implementation of mission-critical applications, primarily in financial services. His expertise in architecting high-availability solutions guides the development of enterprise platforms for WO Labs, advises on FinTech investments for WO Capital, and contributes to enterprise architecture practices for WO Academy.
At Deutsche Bank (2002-2024), he held key leadership roles, most recently leading the architecture and delivery of the Global Liquidity Management Service. He also created the Global Booking API and FX4Cash system, designing the latter from scratch and managing a large development team. Earlier work involved the Funds Release System and Money Transfer New Architecture, demonstrating his ability to manage complex designs across multiple applications.
Before Deutsche Bank, Stanley worked at Bankers Trust in New York on risk control and trade systems, and at International Financial Systems supporting money transfer systems for multiple banks. His technical skills include Kotlin, Java, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Spring Boot, Kafka, Red Hat OpenShift, and OpenAPI. He holds a Master's in Mathematics and Physics from the National Pedagogical University in Kiev, Ukraine.
